Booking Acceptance

Once you’ve booked your tour, we will send you an email to confirm your tour dates. Customers are responsible for checking the accuracy of the booking details including departure times and travel dates. 

A contract is only made once your tour has been confirmed, the payment has been processed and accepted. Additional fees may apply depending on your tour activities including entry and hospitality fees. You will be notified of these charges by your tour operator in advance.

You can transfer your booking if necessary, however, this must be confirmed by your tour operator. It is your responsibility to notify the company in the event that you wish to transfer the booking. Your booking will only be transferred once we have confirmed so will all parties involved. 

 

Travel

Baggage is restricted by the size of your tour vehicle, please contact your tour operator prior to the departure date if your party has more than our recommended amount of luggage: see our vehicle sizes here. 

It is your responsibility, as the customer, to organize onward travel after your tour with us. Although the tour operator will try to ensure relevant departure times are met, it is your responsibility to notify the operator about your future travel plans if they are outside of the planned tour route. 

Transfers from airports or other locations in the UK is available, however, depending on the travel time and distance you may face additional charges for this service. If you’d like more information, please speak to your tour operator at least 2 days before your arrival.

Our prices are for transport and your driver/guide only. Entrance fees to any attractions whilst on your tour are not included unless you are informed by your tour operator otherwise.

All attractions (such as visits to castles; golf courses; distilleries; optional extras; refreshments; meals and accommodation) are at the customers’ expense.

Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in any of our tour options. We strongly recommend that all customers purchase travel insurance that covers all your travels. 

 

Operator Charges

We reserve the right to modify or cancel any itinerary for any reason. If for any reason we are unable to operate the tour, we will attempt to get your tour covered by one of our trusted partners. 

We reserve the right to change the vehicle used to operate the tour at any time for any reason they deem fit. 

Alcohol is not included in the price or sale of any of our private tours. 

 

Weather Conditions

Under no conditions can you hold the company or your tour operator responsible for any delay, cancellation, or dilation due to weather conditions, nor can any trip be canceled by the customers due to weather conditions. 

 

Smoking Policy

We have a no smoking policy inside all company vehicles, however, if you do wish to smoke at any time, please let your driver know and they will stop at your party’s convenience. 

 

Disputes

If you have a complaint with respect to the company, you must inform your tour representative at the time. Any complaint that cannot be resolved by the tour representative at the time should be submitted in writing to Prestige Tours Ireland within 28 days of the incident. Your complaint will be investigated and actions will be taken on a case-by-case basis. 

All contract and legalities arising in respect hereof shall be subject to Northern Irish Law unless the Company agrees otherwise in writing.

If you take legal action against the company and are unsuccessful, you agree to pay all costs of the company, including but not limited to attorney/client costs. 

 

Privacy Policy

We believe in protecting your privacy and will only ask you for vital information necessary to securely process your booking with us, in line with GDPR. This information will only be used to secure your booking, update you on your booking and contact you with relevant information relating to your tour. We may also use your contact information to request feedback about your tour within 14 days of travel. We will only ask for the ‘Name Passenger’ information, including but not limited to name, email address, and telephone number. 

We will not pass your personal information to any party who is not directly involved in providing the services that you have booked. Your name and email address may be given to accommodation and restaurants to make relevant reservations, you will be notified of this by the tour operator beforehand.
